BIG OVERTIME PARTY
Held annually in Cologne, the BIG Overtime Party has become known for long lines, standout DJs and a crowd that fills the venue deep into the night, including pros and well-known faces from the CS scene. I'm involved as a Project Manager, supporting the planning and execution of the event.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Location
We host the party at Wartesaal am Dom in Cologne. Its big, central and built for nights that don’t end early. There’s space to dance, space to talk and space to breathe outside before heading back in. After the arena, it’s only a short walk, and the crowd just keeps going.
Studio Shooting
The shoot was designed to shift the collection away from traditional esports merchandise toward a more fashion-driven, streetwear-focused look. Working with two models, photography, behind-the-scenes video and social media content were produced simultaneously during the shoot.
DJ Line-Up
The DJ line-up is carefully curated to match the energy and taste of the CS scene, setting the tone for the entire night. Scene-established DJs including DJ Urban O, DJ Nacho and DJ Axoy deliver a selection of tracks everyone can sing along to, to create a shared crowd energy that carries the night until closing time and well into the early morning hours.
